Who I am

I’m a qualified therapist working with adults and adolescents, with four years of experience in the field of mental health. I have supported people with a range of difficulties, including depression, anxiety, and personality disorders.

Alongside my work in psychotherapy with adults, I have experience working across various mental health settings, including crisis services, supporting children in residential care whose lives have been affected by trauma, and working within mental health and neurodiversity services at academic institutions in the UK.

I am a fully registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and adhere strictly to their Ethical Framework for the Counselling Professions.
