Sessions are offered in person in Causewayside, Edinburgh, or online.

An initial assessment session will be an opportunity for us to explore your current situation, the difficulties you may be experiencing, and to consider whether we can work together effectively.

Sessions last 50 minutes and are usually held on a weekly basis.

My standard rate is £60 per session. I have a limited number of concessionary rates for those who would like to work together but are not currently in a financial position to do so.
