My approach

My work is grounded in a psychodynamic approach, which explores how early experiences and relationships shape our sense of self and the ways we relate to the world.
Working relationally and non-directively, I aim to offer a safe and containing space for honest conversations, where thoughts, feelings, fears, fantasies, memories, and dreams can be explored freely and with care. Through this process, we can begin to understand your current emotional difficulties within the context of broader unconscious patterns, support a growing sense of autonomy, and reconnect with your creative capacity.
Throughout our work together, I remain attentive to the biological, social, and cultural contexts of the mind, holding the subjective quality of your experience at the centre of our exploration.
